We coordinate independent inspection and work alongside a licensed DIFC-regulated escrow partner to ensure that milestone payments are released only after verified progress has been achieved.

What We Do

Build Assured acts as the structured governance coordinator throughout your project. We serve as the central point of communication for milestone and inspection matters, coordinate the use of standardised BOQ templates for measurable progress, and arrange both baseline and milestone inspections.

We log inspection outcomes and progress records, maintain structured documentation throughout the project, and monitor delays or procedural issues. In addition, we support escrow processes by ensuring certified milestones are properly recorded and maintain a complete, time-stamped evidence file for transparency.

Our focus is on clarity, documentation, and payment discipline rather than site control.

How Payments Work

Milestone payments are certified by an independent inspection company. The inspector verifies measurable completion, conducts full-scope technical inspections, and issues pass or fail reports that determine milestone payment eligibility.

Once certification is issued, the licensed escrow partner releases funds in accordance with the verified milestone. Build Assured coordinates this process to ensure that documentation, inspection, and payment alignment occur correctly and transparently.

What Happens If an Issue Arises

If a delay, inspection failure, dispute, or insolvency event occurs, Build Assured ensures the matter is formally logged and communicated to all relevant parties. We coordinate documentation updates, maintain escrow alignment where necessary, and preserve a complete evidence record of all inspections and project activity.

In the event of a serious dispute, escrow funds may be frozen until the matter is formally resolved. All records remain available to support arbitration or legal proceedings, while Build Assured maintains neutrality throughout.

What We Do Not Do

Build Assured does not manage construction works, supervise contractors, issue site instructions, or replace a project manager. The contractor remains fully responsible for execution, sequencing, workmanship, and compliance, while any appointed project manager retains full responsibility for delivery and coordination.

Our Neutral Position

Build Assured operates independently and does not certify engineering design, approve materials, guarantee contractor performance, or determine fault in disputes.

Our responsibility is governance, structure, and documentation, ensuring that all decisions are supported by clear and verified records.
